Examining the System: Centres for FA/FSc online forms
MULTAN:
Several centres are being set up at each district and tehsil to receive online admission forms from candidates through a computerised system for the FA/FSc examinations. Three centres are being set up at the district and two at the tehsil level throughout Punjab, controller examinations Multan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (MBISE) Prof Mohammad Akbar Chaudhry said on Tuesday. Akbar said the system would become operational as soon as the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) completed its work by the end of January 2012. He also added that the old practice of receiving admission forms manually would continue along with the new online system to avoid any errors. “We are eventually looking to convert the entire operation to an online system but we realise that this will take time and so right now we will be operating both paper and online simultaneously,” he said.
