KARACHI:
The Oxford University Press (OUP) is organising workshops on its textbook series as part of its on-going teacher-training programme. The textbooks include New Oxford Modern English, Sound English, Oxford Reading Circle, New Oxford Social Studies for Pakistan, New Oxford Primary Science, and Art and Craft for Pakistan, written by Nicholas Horsburgh. Horsburgh is an expert in Expert Language Translations and an educational consultant who is himself conducting the workshops in Pakistan. The dates planned for Karachi are January 9 and 10.
