Power Transfers: Mepco shuffles local officials

MULTAN: Multan Electric Power Company (Mepco) authorities have issued transfer and appointment letters for officials on Monday. According to Mepco officials, Dera Ghazi Khan Mepco technical deputy manager Shahid Nazir was transferred to Vehari and former Vehari deputy manager Muhammad Ashfaq Ahmed was transferred to Mepco circle DG Khan. Engineer Khalid Nazir was appointed as Mepco executive engineer in Muzaffargarh and Muzaffargarh engineer Saif Ullah Surani has been transferred to headquarters in Multan. Meanwhile, sub divisional officer Mohsin Nazir has been transferred from the rural sub divisional Lodhran to the operational sub division in Hasilpur.
