PESHAWAR: Depleting energy resources and growing demands of citizens have made the job of scientists challenging. It has become extremely important for institutions to train and encourage young scientists for the future. These views were expressed by University of Peshawar Vice Chancellor Dr Azmat Hayat Khan during a one-day science exhibition held at the College of Home Economics. Over 40 posters and 45 scientific models were on display during the event. A science quiz was also held on the sidelines of the exhibition in which students of BSC Part-III clinched first position by defeating students of BSc Part-IV. Later, a walk was held to spread awareness for keeping the country clean and green.
