Football: Hayat honoured with dual roles
PFF President Faisal Saleh Hayat has been appointed a member of Fifa’s Players’ Status Committee as well.

Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) President Faisal Saleh Hayat has been appointed a member of Fifa’s Players’ Status Committee in addition to his role as member of the world governing body’s Disciplinary Committee, according to a PFF press release. In Pakistan’s 64-year history, Hayat has the unique distinction of becoming a member of dual committees of Fifa from South Asia. The Players’ Status Committee will monitor compliance with regulations on player transfers and determine their eligibility for Fifa competitions.
