Dost Khosa’s Plea: Lawyers given time for arguments

The Lahore High Court on Monday adjourned till Jan 3 (today) hearing on a petition filed against an order passed by an additional district and sessions judge.


The judge had issued a notice to the police, on a plea filed by former chief minister Dost Muhammad Khosa, seeking recovery of his ex-wife Sapna Khan.

Missal Khan, who claims to be Sapna’s father, filed the petition saying that Khosa could not seek Sapna’s recovery.

His counsel prayed to the court to set aside the order of the AD&SJ.

Meanwhile, Missal Khan filed another writ petition in the court praying that Khosa be summoned and directed to file an affidavit containing all information he had about the kidnap and possible murder of Sapna Khan.
