RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) is all set to observe the fourth death anniversary of Benazir Bhutto at Liaquat Bagh, the site at which the two-time Prime Minister was assassinated. The party workers on Monday cleaned and prepped the memorial site in the presence of Jammu and Kashmir Human Rights Commission Chairman Hamayun Zaman, other party members and local traders. “Benazir lives on in our hearts and souls. Her services rendered for the promotion of democracy will always be remembered,” said Zaman. “Had she been alive, the Kashmir struggle could have gained new grounds for its liberation from Indian occupation,” he added. Party members including Malik Asif, Malik Khalid Nawaz, Banaras Chaudhry, Rana Shaukat, Mehboob Khan, Malik Mustaq, Sardar Abdul Qadoos and Malik Ramzan were present on the occasion.
