Land grabbing: Slum residents complain against builders

Asadullah Bhutto demands that the administration let the court decide the matter.

KARACHI:

 The Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Sindh chapter, Asadullah Bhutto, said that some builders are forcing the residents in the slums of Gulshan-e-Iqbal to vacate their settlements.

He said that the residents of Kachhi Para, Dalmia Bazaar and Shanti Nagar had also lodged a case at Sindh High Court but the builders enjoyed the support of the local administration. He demanded that the administration let the court decide the matter.
