In-charge FIA Hazara circle Mushtaq Shah said Malik Zahid, a resident of Haripur had complained to Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry that Hafiz Sajid had sent him to Malaysia in return for Rs180,000 about six months back, but the salary and facilities he promised were not given to him.
His passport was confiscated and he was forced to leave Malaysia on emergency passport. On his complaint, the chief justice had ordered DG FIA to initiate an enquiry. Once FIA, Hazara circle, completed the enquiry, they arrested the accused from his shop, Tayyab Jewellers, on Wednesday.
