Fresh collection: Polly & Me Christmas exhibition

Rings, cuff links and pendants range between Rs4,000 and Rs9,000.

Polly & Me the brand well known for their stylish handbags and wallets, along with Clayworks, best known for ceramic tableware hosted a Christmas exhibition on Zafar Ali Road in Gulberg on Saturday.


Polly & Me work with women’s embroidery collective in and around the towns of Chitral from where the embroidery is done on the bags.

“Culture and tradition prevails in this conservative Muslim community,” says Ange, the owner of the brand worldwide.

“Polly & Me provides work through community-based workspaces allowing female artisans to drop in and collect work” she added.

Polly & Me who are yet to establish an official outlet in the country also launched its new jewelry line ‘Queen Bee’ at the Christmas exhibit.

”Traditional forms of jewelry have been infused with Polly’s signature designs to create each handmade enamel piece made by skilled artisans,” said Ange.

Alongside Poly & Me exhibit, Clayworks also displayed their holiday themed pottery along with Christmas themed dishes, mugs and tea sets. The items per piece ranged between Rs2,500 to Rs4,000.

This one day collaborative exhibit drew many of the brand’s followers to the venue, as they enjoyed the latest collection of handbags and jewelry.

The rings, cuff links and pendants ranged between Rs4,000 to Rs9,000.
