Capital market: Pakistan to take part in India summit

This is for the first time that a delegation of high officials from SECP and stock exchanges are visiting India.

LAHORE:


A 15-member high-powered delegation comprising officials of the corporate regulator, bourses and other relevant stakeholders will visit India to participate in the Indo-Pak Capital and Financial Market Summit scheduled to be held from December 10 to 17.


Representatives of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Lahore Stock Exchange, Islamabad Stock Exchange, National Clearing Company of Pakistan, Central Depository Company and South Asian Federation of Exchanges (SAFE) will attend the summit.

This is for the first time that a delegation of high officials from SECP and stock exchanges are visiting India.
