There has been no let up in the target killings in Karachi and the death toll in the last four days has risen to 23.

There has been no let up in the target killings in Karachi and the death toll in the last four days has risen to 23.

The latest killings occurred in three different areas of the city in the early morning hours of Friday.

In Sarajani Town, a 40 year old man was killed while a 30 year old man was murdered in Shamsi Housing Society in Malir. A body of a 25 year old man, believed to have been killed by target killers, was also found in Shah Faisal Colony.

Four people were killed in the city on Thursday alone as tensions remain on the rise.

Lack of political will among the coalition partners to stop target killing encourages culprits and killers to rut riot. Law minister of Sind is appeared to be the least interested in these affairs after granting absolute power to rangers over law and order situation. we are living in the environment of chaos and anarchy.
