Two’s a crowd: Pillion riding banned again

KARACHI: The Sindh government has once again imposed a ban on pillion riding or ‘double sawari’ in an attempt to stem the surge of robberies in the city and as part of the security plan for Muharram.

According to a notice, women, children, senior citizens and journalists will be exempted from the ban. APP
