Capital markets: Regulator develops database
Database includes information regarding equity securities from as early as 1992
ISLAMABAD:
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has said that it has developed various databases including a wide range of information relating to equity and corporate debt markets which will provide accurate and timely information relating to performance and dynamics of capital market to stakeholders. According to a press release issued by SECP on Thursday, the database, which can be accessed through SECP’s website, includes information regarding equity securities from as early as 1992 and relates to public offerings and issue of shares.
