Significance of Faiz’s thoughts

There are different facets of Faiz’s literary masterpieces. One of his heartfelt inputs is the display of concern over the miseries of ordinary people.

Unlike Iqbal, the utility of Fiaz’s poetry and his visions are not mapped by the leaders of Pakistan. We must utilise his thoughtful and visionary version to see a better society to live in. Faiz emphasised to see all problems as interrelated and interdependent due to the fact that every problem lies within humanity.

In the eyes of Faiz, only community development and unity as a nation is the recipe of success. Faiz also gave address to the issues of youth, especially the educated youth who have been struggling to live their life respectably. His poetry communicated the intensity of pain due to disparity, sabotaged the competence and utility of youth.

He was a strong believer that only youth can revolutionise the existing suffocation and ensure a fresh breath of air with an aroma of equity, unity and prosperity.
