A man posing as a civil servant was arrested from the Circuit House. The man, identified by the police as Atiqur Rehman, is a resident of Peshawar. A few days ago he turned up at the Circuit House and told the incharge, district officer Sikandar Ali, that he was a civil services officer. Ali gave him a room. A day or so later, the DCO Rashid Mehmood invited Rehman over to his house for dinner after he heard that an officer from out of town was staying at the Circuit House.
