Principle of seniority: Judge elevation case put off till Nov 10

KARACHI: A constitutional petition seeking the elevation of Chief Justice Mushir Alam of the High Court of Sindh to the Supreme Court on the basis of principle of seniority was adjourned here on Friday by a division bench comprising Justice Faisal Arab and Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi. The next hearing of petition filed by Rana Faizul Hassan of the United Human Rights Commission Pakistan (not HRCP) will be on November 10.
