Marked target: Exam controller suspended

BISE examinations controller was suspended following repeated complaints regarding the marking of recent exam papers.

FAISALABAD: Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) examinations controller Malik Riaz was suspended following repeated complaints regarding the marking of recent exam papers.

A number of students complained that the marks for objective-type question papers had been down marked and several charges of biased marking were levelled against the accused. A number of students complained that their objective type question papers of intermediate level were not checked properly and said that Riaz did not correctly enter information into the system.
