Football: Pakistan U-19s suffer 2nd defeat

Lost their second match of the tournament 2-1 to Turkmenistan.

KARACHI: Pakistan continued their dismal run at the Asian Football Confederation Under-19 Championship football qualifiers, losing their second match of the tournament 2-1 to Turkmenistan. Pakistan took the lead in the 23rd minute. Turkmenistan, however, came back into the game and equalised in the 60th minute before sealing the win 10 minutes later. Pakistan had played their first match against Uzbekistan which they lost 3-0 on Monday. The team is placed in Group C with Iran, India, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.
