The Pakistan Blind Cricket Council (PBCC) has failed to receive clearance from the government to conduct matches against the Indian team in Karachi. According to PBCC President Syed Sultan Shah, the bilateral series between India and Pakistan will take place in Lahore and Islamabad only. The council had originally planned to hold a Twenty20 match and a One-Day International (ODI) in Karachi as well.
“We are still trying to get clearance for Karachi,” said Shah. “It would have been a great thing to have matches in three cities. It would have promoted our cause in a better way.”
The series is scheduled to begin from November 18.
