Unscheduled loadshedding disrupts life in Faisalabad

Twelve to 18 hours of unscheduled power cuts in Faisalabad have paralyzed normal life in the region.

In violation of the government announcement, 12 to 18 hours of unscheduled power cuts in Faisalabad have paralyzed normal life.


Domestic consumers of Faisalabad city are facing 12 hours loadshedding against a schedule of 6 hours.


Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, Sargodha, Chiniot and other areas of the region are passing through 16 to 18 hours of power cuts.


Fesco officials confirmed that the schedule has been withdrawn and loadshedding without schedule is being carried throughout the region. Eight districts of Faisalabad have a demand of 1900 megawatt while the supply is only to 1000 megawatts.
