Detection Tool: Plagiarism software introduced at KIBGE

A day-long interactive workshop titled “Effective use of Turnitin: End note for a researcher” was organised.

A day-long interactive workshop titled “Effective use of Turnitin: End note for a researcher- a basic introduction” was organised at Dr AQ Khan Institute of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering (KIBGE) in Karachi University. Turnitin is a software that detects plagiarism, according to Dr Atif Mahmood, a lecturer at Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS). He said that the software will not only save time but also enhance the quality of research publications.
