University Of Health Sciences: Physical therapy doctorate approved

LAHORE: The University of Health Sciences (UHS) Syndicate approved a five-year Doctor of Physical Therapy degree programme during its 28th meeting her on Tuesday. The syndicate, chaired by Vice Chancellor Prof Hussain Mubbashir, decided to upgrade the four-year BSc physiotherapy course offered at eight colleges (five in Lahore, two in Rawalpindi and one in Bahawalpur) affiliated with the UHS to a five-year doctorate in line with Higher Education Commission guidelines.
