HYDERABAD:
The district government will support industrialists for development in the SITE area, said Hyderabad DCO Ahmed Bakhsh Narejo. He was presiding over a meeting with the business community and officers of Sindh Industrial Trade Estate (SITE) on Monday. The meeting reviewed complaints about “dilapidated” infrastructure and lack of facilities in SITE area of Hyderabad. MNA Syed Tayab Hussain said that business organisations like the Chamber of Commerce and Industries were not given the importance as they deserve. “The shabby condition of Hyderabad is not only preventing development of the city but also affects the overall economy of the country,” he said. Both the DCO and MNA expressed concern over delay in draining rain water from the site area and directed the SITE officers to install suction pumps by Monday.
