Short circuit: Fire ravages for village houses

SUKKUR: A fire swept through Abdul Fattah Shabani village near Saleh Pat following a short circuit. Four houses were burnt, causing a loss of Rs285,000, eight kilogrammes of silver, 1,520 kilogrammes of cotton, 3,200 kilogrammes of wheat, four goats and a buffalo. It took four hours to put out the fire.
