Domestic violence case accused flee after pre-arrest bail dismissed
.

An additional district and sessions judge (east) rejected the pre-arrest bail applications of three accused, including two women, in a case registered over a domestic dispute. The accused fled the courtroom after their bail pleas were dismissed.
During the hearing, counsel for the complainant, Zara, Advocate Liaquat Ali Khan Gabol, argued that the accused had assaulted his client after accusing her of visiting a neighbour's house. He said they had injured her and torn her clothes.
The lawyer maintained that all three accused had been nominated in the FIR and that video footage of the incident was available with the police and prosecution. He said the complainant had sustained visible injuries to her face, neck and other parts of her body, as well as internal injuries. He further alleged that the accused had threatened to kill the complainant, her witnesses, her husband and her father, and requested the court to reject their bail applications.
The court subsequently dismissed the bail pleas of Shan, Mehnaz and Shehnaz. The three accused fled after the decision.
