She got famous on the 13th season of the show before competing on 'DWTS', where she won the 2012 All-Stars season

Former The Bachelor contestant Melissa Rycroft has been arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated (DWI), just months after receiving a sentence for a previous offence.
Rycroft was booked on Sunday, November 1. Records from Tarrant County jail obtained by TMZ indicate that she faces several charges, including driving while intoxicated, driving with an invalid licence following a previous conviction or suspension, and causing vehicle damage in a collision involving less than $200.
Details surrounding the latest incident have not been disclosed, and Rycroft has not publicly commented on the reports.
The arrest comes while the reality television personality is reportedly serving probation for her previous DWI case.
She was arrested in late 2025 following a car accident and subsequently charged with driving while intoxicated.
In August 2026, Rycroft accepted a plea agreement that allowed her to avoid 280 days in jail in exchange for 20 months of probation.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, she was also ordered to pay approximately $2,000 in fines, complete 36 hours of community service and attend a DWI education programme.
The agreement additionally prohibited her from consuming alcohol or drugs and required monthly check-ins with Texas's Community Supervision and Corrections Department.
Rycroft rose to prominence on the 13th season of The Bachelor before competing on Dancing with the Stars, where she won the 2012 All-Stars season alongside professional dancer Tony Dovolani.
