Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton has referred to Kim Kardashian as his girlfriend while revealing that he gifted her four children a golden retriever puppy earlier this year.

Hamilton, 41, discussed his happiness outside racing during an appearance in Austin, Texas, during the United States Grand Prix weekend. His comments were reported by E! News.

Kardashian, 46, shares four children with her former husband, Kanye West: North, 13, Saint, 10, Chicago, eight, and Psalm, seven. The reality television star and Hamilton were friends for years before they were romantically linked in early 2026.

While discussing his family, Hamilton mentioned his niece and nephew before talking about Kardashian’s children.

"My girlfriend's kids, I love spending time with them," he said, explaining that he enjoys playing with them. He also revealed the name of the family's new pet, Halo, a golden retriever who has appeared in photographs shared on social media.

Kardashian posted a picture of herself kissing Halo during a lakeside getaway on Instagram on July 30, captioning the carousel "lakemaxxing". The photographs also featured her niece Penelope Disick and daughter Chicago. Hamilton joined the family during their summer travels.

On September 22, Hamilton shared another photograph of Halo standing against a gate, captioning the collection "Bit of this, bit of that".

Meanwhile, Kardashian recently offered a brief glimpse into her relationship during an episode of The Kardashians aired on October 22.

She said someone in her life met all 55 qualities on her list of desired partner traits. When asked to elaborate, she replied, "I am just really, really happy. That's all I'll say for now."
