Sia has reached a custody agreement with estranged husband Daniel Bernad, retaining primary custody of their son while establishing visitation and holiday arrangements.

Singer Sia has settled her custody dispute with estranged husband Daniel Bernad, reaching an agreement on arrangements for their young son, Somersault Wonder Bernad, affectionately known as Summi.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the former couple has agreed on a custody schedule that allows Sia to remain their son's primary custodial parent, while Bernad will receive generous visitation rights.

The agreement also outlines arrangements for holidays and vacations, establishes a process for determining where their son will attend preschool and requires the former couple to work with a parenting plan coordinator.

The settlement follows a prolonged custody dispute that escalated in October 2025, when Bernad sought emergency custody and accused the singer of posing a danger to their child. Sia denied the allegations, and a judge rejected his emergency custody request. The former couple was subsequently ordered to attend mediation to resolve their differences.

In April 2026, Sia and Bernad reached a separate agreement requiring the singer to pay $42,500 per month in child support. They also agreed to share legal custody and divide holiday time with their son.

The custody dispute unfolded alongside disagreements over spousal support. Bernad previously sought more than $250,000 per month in spousal support, according to TMZ.

Sia filed for divorce in March 2025 after approximately two years of marriage. Despite their separation, the former couple has now established arrangements covering their son's care, visitation and education.

The latest agreement marks a significant development in the custody battle, with Sia retaining primary physical custody while both parents have arrangements in place for spending time with their son.
