Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun’s relationship is reportedly raising concerns among people close to the pair, with a new report alleging that their romance has progressed quickly amid speculation about a possible engagement.

According to RadarOnline, sources described the relationship as a “match made in disaster” and claimed that friends had noticed several “red flags” as the couple became more serious. Neither Sweeney nor Braun has publicly confirmed reports of an engagement.

The report claimed the actress moved into Braun’s Los Angeles home shortly after they began dating.

The pair were first linked in 2025 and have since made several public appearances together, although they have largely kept details of their relationship private.

Financial connections between the pair were also raised in the report. One source alleged that Braun has investments linked to some of Sweeney’s business ventures, including Novig and Syrn, and claimed the actress was unaware of the full extent of those financial interests.

The outlet further alleged that Braun attempted to organise a publicity opportunity for Sweeney at the US Open by seating her near a Novig executive.

According to the report, the plan did not materialise, and Sweeney allegedly did not know the reason behind the proposed arrangement.

The source also claimed that Sweeney’s lingerie label had struggled to meet initial sales expectations, prompting discussions about improving the brand’s performance. 

Questions were also raised about the couple’s respective levels of emotional investment. One source claimed Braun was more invested in the relationship than Sweeney, adding, “It is feeding their egos.”

Despite the continued speculation about their future, both have remained largely private about their relationship.
