FAISALABAD: Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (Fesco) has announced a 15 per cent concession for defaulters to encourage them to pay their power dues and get connections restored which were severed more than a year ago.

In this regard, Faisalabad Electric Supply Company  said that while complying with the government’s directives, the utility had started a special campaign to maximise recovery. The defaulters can contact the executive engineer of the divisional office concerned to avail this facility. Fesco said its Chief Executive Officer Tariq Mehmood Chattha was monitoring the campaign and was visiting various circles and divisions. The company said it had also decided to adjust security deposit of defaulters who had not paid for more than three months. “If such a connection holder wants to restore his connection, only the adjusted security deposit will be charged from him,” it said.
