Mia Goth has sparked speculation after sharing an Instagram selfie that appeared to reference her estranged husband, Shia LaBeouf, just two days after filing for divorce.

On Thursday, October 8, the 32-year-old actress posted a photo of herself wearing a shirt bearing the words, “My ex is my biggest fan”.

She captioned the image with a lipstick kiss emoji, prompting speculation about whether the post was directed at LaBeouf, 40.

Goth filed for divorce in Los Angeles on Tuesday, October 6, citing “irreconcilable differences”. The legal documents reportedly list July 28, 2025 as their date of separation.

Goth is seeking primary legal and physical custody of the couple’s four-year-old daughter, Isabel. She has also requested that neither party be awarded spousal support.

The filing states that the “exact nature and extent” of their separate and shared assets and debts remain unknown.

Goth and LaBeouf met while working on Nymphomaniac: Vol II in 2012 and married in Las Vegas in October 2016.

They separated in 2018 before reconciling in March 2020. The couple later welcomed their daughter.

In 2022, LaBeouf publicly praised Goth for supporting him during his rehabilitation. “She saved my f**king life,” he said during an appearance on the Real Ones with Jon Bernthal podcast.

The pair reportedly ended their relationship in 2025, although neither has publicly confirmed the circumstances surrounding their separation in the supplied report.

Goth’s latest post has drawn attention amid the ongoing divorce proceedings, but she has not explicitly identified LaBeouf as the subject of the message.
