Michelle and Barack Obama celebrate 34 years of marriage with unseen photos, including barefoot beach stroll

Michelle and Barack Obama celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary by sharing new and previously unseen photos from their relationship, including a photo of the couple walking barefoot on a beach.
Michelle marked the anniversary on October 3 with a social media post featuring moments from their marriage.
The former first lady and former president, who married in Chicago in 1992, were shown slow dancing during a date night, visiting the newly opened Obama Presidential Center and walking hand in hand.
"Love you just keeps getting better and better! Happy anniversary, @BarackObama," Michelle wrote. "Here's to many, many more years of joy, laughter, and memories to come."
Among the photos was a candid beach image showing Michelle and Barack walking towards the ocean while holding hands.
Michelle wore an ankle-length nude-coloured cardigan with white circular designs, paired with taupe trousers. She wore her hair in a knotted ponytail with a gold headband.
Barack was pictured beside her wearing a dark jacket, grey trousers and a white baseball cap. He carried a pair of white trainers in one hand as the couple walked along the beach barefoot.
Michelle's anniversary post also included a black-and-white photograph from the couple's wedding day, along with images from their years in the White House.
Barack separately marked the occasion by sharing a recent photograph of Michelle wearing a white asymmetrical off-the-shoulder dress.
In the image, she was pictured with her arms around her husband while displaying her wedding ring stack and diamond cuff earrings.
"Happy anniversary, @MichelleObama! I'm still the luckiest guy in the world to be with you," Barack captioned the post.
