Tom Sandoval granted two-year restraining order against ex Victoria Robinson
Tom Sandoval and Victoria Robinson agreed to two-year restraining order following allegations of domestic violence

Tom Sandoval has been granted a two-year domestic violence restraining order against his ex-girlfriend Victoria Robinson, according to court documents obtained by People.
The Vanderpump Rules alum was granted the order on Thursday, October 1. It will remain in effect until October 1, 2028. Sandoval and Robinson both agreed to the order, meaning the case did not proceed to a contested evidentiary hearing.
Under the order, Robinson is required to leave Sandoval's Los Angeles home immediately. She is prohibited from contacting him directly or indirectly and must maintain a distance of at least 100 yards from him.
If the former couple attend the same event during the two-year period, Robinson is required to leave. The order also prohibits her from owning firearms or ammunition while it remains active.
Sandoval requested the restraining order after an alleged incident on June 3. According to court documents, he claimed he returned home from a bar at around 2 a.m. and found Robinson's father, Will Robinson, "visibly intoxicated."
Sandoval said he pushed Will Robinson away after feeling trapped and claimed the move caused him to fall.
"Feeling trapped and violated, I pushed Mr. Robinson away from me to protect myself and create distance, which caused him to fall. Mr. Robinson was the first person to put his hands on me," Sandoval wrote. "At no point did I pursue Mr. Robinson."
Sandoval also alleged that Robinson punched him in the face with enough force to cause blurred vision. Robinson was arrested on a charge of intimate partner battery with physical violence and was later released on bond.
The restraining order follows the former couple's relationship and the allegations outlined in Sandoval's court filing. The order sets restrictions on Robinson's contact with Sandoval through October 2028.
