Man arrested over attempted assault

LAHORE:

Tibbi City Police arrested a man for allegedly attempting to sexually assault a 13-year-old girl at her home in the absence of her parents. The suspect, identified as Asif, allegedly entered the house and attempted to assault the girl by force.

She raised an alarm, prompting the suspect to flee, police said. On receiving information, police took immediate action and arrested the suspect, according to SP City. A case was registered against the suspect and further investigation was under way, the officer said.
