Clavicular posts video after facing rape and drugging charges in Massachusetts

Looksmaxxing influencer Clavicular has posted a video on social media after news emerged that he faces charges of rape and drugging in Massachusetts.

The influencer, whose real name is Braden Peters, shared the video on TikTok and Instagram. It includes screenshots of text messages with a contact named “Leksy”, footage of Peters alongside the text “Theres better ways to make money then suing someone because they don’t want you”, and a photograph of a handwritten letter.

Peters captioned the Instagram post “Greed is a sin”, while his TikTok caption read: “Yeah still texting me to this day… totally not just trying to be greedy and get a check.”

He had previously addressed reports of the charges on X, writing: “Happens to all successful young men, people try to come for your money. Greed is evil.”

The charges were filed on September 8 and include one count of rape, one count of drugging someone for sexual intercourse and one count of procuring liquor for someone under 21 years of age. The alleged offences are said to have occurred on May 23, 2025.

An arraignment is scheduled for October 14. Peters is not currently in custody. His representative, Mitchell Jackson, told NBC News that he “has not been physically served.”

The alleged victim has not been publicly identified in accordance with Massachusetts law. Reports have linked the timeline to a civil lawsuit filed against Peters by 18-year-old influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, who accused him of battery, fraud and sexual misconduct relating to events in 2025.
