Tom Pelphrey thanked pregnant fiancée Kaley Cuoco after winning Outstanding Supporting Actor at 2026 Emmys

Tom Pelphrey thanked his fiancée Kaley Cuoco during his acceptance speech after winning Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series at the 2026 Emmy Awards.

Pelphrey, 44, received the award for his role in HBO’s Task, with Cuoco, 40, watching from the audience. The actress, who is pregnant with the couple’s second child, became emotional as Pelphrey accepted the Emmy.

Pelphrey used his speech to recognise Cuoco and their family, describing her as “my favorite actor in this room — my love, my best friend, my partner ... the very pregnant Kaley Cuoco.”

“I love you more than anything, and our family is the crown jewel of my life,” Pelphrey told her.

He also addressed their three-year-old daughter, Matilda, and their unborn daughter.

“Matilda, Daddy loves you. Baby girl in that belly, Daddy loves you. Thank you, God bless,” he said.

Pelphrey also thanked the cast of Task, including Mark Ruffalo, whom he referred to as “my friend, the beautiful Mark Ruffalo.”

“I thank God for my life and my sobriety,” Pelphrey continued. “I thank my family, my friends for all your love and support all these years, from Emmys to black box theaters and everything in between.”

Pelphrey and Cuoco became engaged in 2024 after beginning their relationship in 2022. They welcomed Matilda in March 2023 and announced in June that they were expecting their second child, another daughter.

Cuoco previously described the pregnancy as a “dream come true” in an Instagram post.

“This second time around journey has been a little windier in many ways , but wow we are so grateful for this moment!!” she wrote. “Little sissy on the way!!! @tommypelphrey girl dad for life 🎀 and yes, the last pic is our dainty princess giving us the middle finger!🤦🏼‍♀️😆”
