Alix Earle steps into reality TV spotlight with Netflix series Earle Meets World

Alix Earle brings her social media fame to Netflix with her reality series Earle Meets World, premiering on Sept. 4

Alix Earle is making the move from social media influencer to reality television star with her new Netflix series, Earle Meets World.

The eight-part reality series follows Earle and her blended family, including her sister Ashtin, siblings Izabel, Penelope and Thomas, and her mother Alisa and stepmother Ashley Dupré. The series is produced by Fulwell Entertainment, which also produces The Kardashians, and is led by former Late Late Show executive producer Ben Winston.

The show will explore Earle’s personal life, family relationships and experiences away from social media. At the premiere, Earle acknowledged that viewers would see a more emotional side of her, saying she cries in almost every episode.

One storyline featured in the series involves Earle’s fallout with Alex Cooper and her former podcast partnership with Unwell Network. Earle joined the network in 2023 to host Hot Mess with Alix Earle, but the partnership later ended.

In the series, Earle says she felt “betrayed” and “hurt” by Cooper and believed their relationship had been more personal than a typical business partnership. Her father, TJ Earle, who manages aspects of her career, also discusses the dispute.

Earle has also reflected on the difference between social media and reality television. She said online content can appear highly polished and that the new series allowed her family to show a different side of their lives.

Netflix is expected to benefit from Earle’s large social media following, which includes millions of followers across TikTok and Instagram.

Earle Meets World premieres on Netflix on September 4.
