Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has reclaimed the title of India's most valuable celebrity brand, overtaking cricketer Virat Kohli to top the latest celebrity brand rankings for 2025.

According to the Kroll India Celebrity Brand Valuation Report 2025, Khan rose from third place in 2024 to secure the No 1 spot with a brand value of USD 177.9 million, underscoring the commercial impact of his successful return to the big screen and his enduring appeal among audiences and advertisers.

Actor Ranveer Singh ranked second with a brand value of USD 177.9 million, while former chart-topper Kohli slipped to third place with a valuation of USD 158.4 million.

As reported by Gulf News, the rankings measure the commercial value of celebrities by assessing factors including endorsement deals, brand partnerships, media visibility and influence across digital and social media platforms.

Khan's brand value has surged by USD 57.2 million over the past two years. By comparison, Singh's valuation declined by USD 40.2 million, while Kohli recorded the sharpest fall among the top three, dropping USD 69.5 million during the same period.

Among female celebrities, Alia Bhatt retained her position as the highest-ranked woman on the list, placing sixth with a brand value of USD 93.9 million. She was followed by Deepika Padukone in seventh, with a valuation of USD 89.2 million.

Hrithik Roshan ranked eighth with a brand value of USD 88.9 million, followed by Amitabh Bachchan in ninth at USD 80.8 million. Akshay Kumar rounded out the top 10 with a brand value of USD 80 million.

Further down the list, Ranbir Kapoor placed 12th, while Salman Khan ranked 13th.

Among Bollywood's younger stars, Ananya Panday secured 19th place, Janhvi Kapoor ranked 23rd, and Shraddha Kapoor came in 24th, highlighting the growing commercial clout of the industry's new generation.

The latest rankings reflect the evolving dynamics of India's celebrity endorsement market, where box office success, digital reach, public image and audience engagement increasingly shape commercial value.

Khan's return to the top reinforces his status as one of India's most influential entertainers and one of the country's most sought-after brand ambassadors.
