Benny Blanco is sailing across the Atlantic to reunite with Selena Gomez ahead of her 34th birthday in London

Benny Blanco is proving that love can find a way, even if it means avoiding air travel altogether.

The music producer recently revealed that he is traveling across the Atlantic by ship to reunite with his wife, Selena Gomez, ahead of her 34th birthday on July 22. Blanco, who has long spoken about his fear of flying, shared the journey in a TikTok video posted on July 16.

"POV: ur traveling across the Atlantic in the Titanic to see ur wife bc ur scared of flying," he joked in the video, before adding in the caption, "The things we do for love."

The couple has been spending time apart in recent weeks as Gomez films the sixth season of Only Murders in the Building in London. Despite the distance, the two have continued to express their affection for each other on social media.

In June, Gomez shared a heartfelt Instagram post alongside a photo of Blanco kissing her chest, writing, "Distance means so little when someone means so much," before adding, "@itsbennyblanco mish you bb."

Blanco responded with a sweet message of his own, commenting, "I fall more and more in love with you everyday."

While Blanco opted for a transatlantic voyage this time, he has been working to overcome his fear of flying. Earlier this year, he revealed that he boarded his first flight in more than eight years, calling it a major personal milestone.

He also recalled that the last time he traveled to Europe without flying, he crossed the ocean by boat with Ed Sheeran while the pair worked on Sheeran's Divide album.

Blanco and Gomez, who began dating in 2023, tied the knot in September 2025 after announcing their engagement the previous year.
