Taylor Swift's relationship with Blake Lively's children has reportedly changed after fallout
"She still has love for those kids," insider said and added these relationships depend on relationships with parents

aylor Swift's reported fallout with longtime friend Blake Lively may have had a wider impact than just their relationship. According to a new report, the singer is no longer an active presence in the lives of Lively and Ryan Reynolds' four children, despite previously being named their godmother.
A source told Rob Shuter's Naughty But Nice that Swift's close bond with the children has naturally faded following the end of her friendship with Lively.
"There wasn't a falling out with the children. She simply isn't part of their everyday lives anymore," the insider claimed.
Swift has long shared a close relationship with the Reynolds-Lively family. Over the years, she famously revealed the names of the couple's daughters in her music and has been widely reported to be the godmother to their children. However, the source suggested that role has become far less active since her friendship with Lively reportedly deteriorated.
The report comes just days after Swift married NFL star Travis Kelce in a lavish ceremony in New York City. While the wedding featured hundreds of celebrity guests, Lively and Reynolds were notably absent, fuelling continued speculation about the status of their friendship.
According to the insider, their absence reflected how much the relationship has changed.
"Years ago they would have been front and centre. Today, they're no longer part of Taylor's inner circle," the source alleged.
Reports of tension between Swift and Lively first emerged after Swift's name became linked to Lively's legal dispute with It Ends With Us director and co-star Justin Baldoni. Although Baldoni and Lively have since settled their legal battle, multiple reports have suggested the controversy placed strain on Swift's friendship with the actress.
Despite the reported distance, the source insisted Swift still cares deeply about Lively's children.
"She still has love for those kids," the insider said. "But relationships with children often depend on relationships with their parents. When the friendship ended, the connection naturally faded. It's sad, but that's the reality."
Neither Swift, Lively nor Reynolds has publicly commented on the claims or confirmed any change in their relationship. As a result, the reported shift in Swift's role within the family remains based on anonymous sourcing rather than statements from those involved.
For now, the wedding guest list and continued speculation have only intensified public interest in what was once one of Hollywood's closest celebrity friendships, though the true status of the relationship remains private.
