Millie Bobby Brown teases new project with David Harbour after 'Stranger Things' drama
“Father-daughter is where we live,” Brown said, teasing that the project is “sooner than expected”

Millie Bobby Brown has revealed that she and David Harbour are already planning to work together again following the end of Stranger Things, despite recent reports of tension between the longtime co-stars. The actress said a new collaboration is already in the works and could arrive sooner than fans expect.
Speaking during a live recording of the Happy Sad Confused podcast, Brown hinted that she and Harbour have “concrete” plans for a future project. While she stopped short of revealing details, the actress suggested that their on-screen father-daughter dynamic would continue in some form, adding that the idea originated with Harbour himself.
“Father-daughter is where we live,” Brown said, teasing that the project is “sooner than expected”. She also noted that both she and Harbour remain closely connected to Netflix, which she described as her “home studio”.
The announcement comes months after reports emerged alleging that Brown had filed a harassment and bullying complaint against Harbour before production on the fifth and final season of Stranger Things. The reported complaint led to widespread speculation about the pair's relationship, although neither actor publicly confirmed the allegations. Reports stated that no claims involved sexual misconduct.
Both actors have since addressed the rumours and downplayed suggestions of a lasting rift. Harbour recently described the situation as a normal disagreement between people who had worked closely together for a decade, comparing their relationship to family dynamics. He said any issues were resolved after the pair spoke directly to one another.
Brown echoed those sentiments, praising Harbour for being a major part of her personal and professional growth throughout the series. She said their relationship evolved into a creative partnership over the years and expressed gratitude for the experience they shared on the Netflix hit.
The pair starred together throughout all five seasons of Stranger Things, with Harbour playing Jim Hopper, the surrogate father of Brown’s Eleven. The sci-fi phenomenon concluded its run in December 2025 after a decade on screen.
Although details of their next collaboration remain under wraps, Brown’s latest comments suggest fans will not have to wait long to see the duo reunite on screen.
