Jennifer Lopez has spoken openly about her life following her divorce from Ben Affleck, while unnamed sources have claimed that people close to the singer are unconvinced by her assertions that she has fully moved on from the relationship.

In recent interviews, Lopez has described feeling more comfortable with being single and reflected on the personal growth she says followed the end of her marriage to Affleck.

However, sources quoted in media reports have suggested that some within her circle believe she remains emotionally invested in her former husband.

"To be clear, nobody in J.Lo's world is buying this talk that she's happy to be single and totally over Ben," an insider told Globe Magazine.

The source added, "She's been on this mission to show him what he's missing and still has this delusional belief that he'll come crawling back at some point for another shot."

During a recent appearance on Howard Stern's show, Lopez reflected on her past relationships when asked whether she had ever felt "truly loved."

"No," she replied.

The singer later elaborated, saying, "What I learned, it's not that I'm not lovable — it's that they're not capable…They don't have it in them! And they gave me what they had, right?"

Lopez also discussed the end of her marriage to Affleck, describing the experience as a turning point in her life.

"It really made me go on a journey," she said, explaining that she sought support from multiple professionals, including therapists and coaches.

According to Lopez, the process helped her reach a greater understanding of herself. She told Stern that she now feels more "self-assured" and "self-aware".

The former couple have remained linked through their Beverly Hills property. According to reports citing unnamed sources, Affleck transferred his share of the home to Lopez, making her the sole owner.
