Ariana Grande enjoyed an emotional reunion with her former Victorious co-stars Elizabeth Gillies and Matt Bennett during a stop on her Eternal Sunshine tour, marking more than 13 years since the beloved Nickelodeon series came to an end.

The singer was joined backstage by Gillies and Bennett, who starred alongside her on Victorious from 2010 to 2013. Grande later shared affectionate photos from the reunion, which quickly sparked nostalgia among fans of the series.

Gillies, who played Jade West opposite Grande’s Cat Valentine, also posted a heartfelt tribute on Instagram reflecting on their nearly two decades of friendship. She recalled looking up Grande’s early YouTube singing videos when they were first cast together and marvelled at seeing the pop star incorporate the same looping techniques into her current tour performances.

Praising Grande’s artistry, Gillies described the Eternal Sunshine tour as “spectacular”, “visually stunning” and “deeply immersive”, adding that her longtime friend was “an artist at the top of her game”. Grande responded in the comments, calling Gillies “my sweet, my dearest, my dingus, my friend” and saying the message had left her “sobbing”.

Bennett, who portrayed Robbie Shapiro in the series, also reunited with the singer backstage. The trio have remained close over the years and previously came together virtually in 2020 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Victorious.

The reunion comes as interest in the franchise continues to grow ahead of Hollywood Arts, a new spin-off centred on Daniella Monet’s Trina Vega, which is expected to debut in 2026. While no full cast reunion has been announced, Gillies previously said she would be open to returning if the project was “funny and smart”.
