Rory Culkin and cinematographer Kate Arizmendi have welcomed their first child together, announcing the birth of a daughter named Havoc Moon Alva Culkin.

Kate Arizmendi shared the news on Instagram on May 24, revealing that their daughter was born on May 23. Alongside a photo of the newborn sleeping in a blanket, she wrote, “Her in the womb while I’m screaming System of a Down. We’re so in love with you.”

In another post shared shortly after the birth, Arizmendi posted a photo of the baby wrapped in hospital blankets and wrote, “15 mins after pushing her out and so alert and excited about life already. Also hello girl baby Rory.”

The couple, who have reportedly been together since 2023, first announced the pregnancy earlier this year. In January, Arizmendi posted a series of photos showing her baby bump and shared her excitement about becoming a parent.

“My feed (and brain) has been consumed with such negativity and pain in the world that I thought I’d bring some light by announcing how ridiculously excited we are to be living in Havoc’s world in a few months,” she wrote at the time.

The post also included images of Rory Culkin reading to the baby bump, a sonogram picture and moments from the couple’s home life. Arizmendi later updated the caption after the birth, writing, “We love her. She rules us already😭.”

Rory Culkin, known for films including Lords of Chaos and Scream 4, is the youngest member of the Culkin acting family. His brothers include Macaulay Culkin and Oscar winner Kieran Culkin, both of whom are also parents.
