Cardi B and Stefon Diggs have sparked renewed speculation about their relationship after appearing together at a recent charity event hosted by the NFL player.

The pair attended the Diggs Deep Foundation Mother’s Day wellness event on Saturday, where they were seen laughing and embracing during the gathering.

Footage and images shared online appeared to show Diggs kissing the rapper on the neck, leading to further discussion among fans about whether the couple have rekindled their romance.

Cardi B is currently in D.C. for Stefon Diggs and his Diggs Deep Foundation’s Mother’s Day event.

Rumours about a possible split first emerged in February, although neither Cardi B nor Diggs publicly confirmed a breakup.

Their latest appearance together has prompted fresh attention to the status of their relationship.

Cardi B attended the event alongside the couple’s son, who was born in November 2025. The rapper also shares three children — Kulture, Wave and Blossom — with her former husband, Offset.

Recent public appearances had already fuelled speculation that Cardi B and Diggs remained close despite reports suggesting they had separated.

Last month, the two were reportedly seen leaving a club together following Cardi B’s concert in Washington, D.C. Diggs had attended the show alongside members of his family before later being spotted with the rapper.

The pair were also reportedly seen backstage together with their son during one of Cardi B’s concerts in April.
