JD Gaming has introduced a new addition to its League of Legends team environment, unveiling an official team pet named Duobao.

The organisation announced the arrival of the puppy on April 21, presenting the introduction in a style similar to a player signing.

Duobao, described as less than six months old, was shown in images and videos interacting with players at the team’s training facility.

Clips shared by the organisation showed the puppy moving around the office space and spending time with team members, including Chen ‘GALA’ Wei.

JD Gaming also indicated that additional content featuring Duobao will be released in the future.

The announcement prompted immediate reactions from fans, with some responding to the social media post by asking about potential merchandise and others commenting on the nature of the introduction.
