Four apprehended after clash

LAHORE:

Police arrested four suspects for allegedly attempting to kill two men after a dispute stemming from a children's quarrel escalated into violence in Nishtar Colony.

Officials said the conflict began three days earlier when children got into a fight while playing in a street, which led to tensions between their families. The situation turned violent when one group allegedly attacked the rival family late at night with knives and sticks. As a result, brothers Parvez and Javed were injured.

One of them was wounded by a knife, while the other suffered a head injury after being struck with a stick.
