Aerial firing: Two arrested for 10-year-old’s death

LAHORE:

Nishtar Colony police have arrested two men in connection with the death of a 10-year-old girl by a stray bullet a few days ago.

Police officials said that the suspects, Qasim and Kashif, had fired in the air at their friend’s wedding in Shafiqabad.

A stray bullet from one of them struck the girl, who later died of her injuries in hospital. Her parents registered a case against the accused, who were arrested last night.
