PinkPantheress reacts to TikTok viral Minnie Mouse track My Furry Valentine from Minnie’s Bow-Toons

A song performed by Minnie Mouse in the Disney Jr. series Minnie’s Bow-Toons has gained attention on TikTok, with some users comparing its sound to the music style of British artist PinkPantheress.

The track, titled My Furry Valentine, originally appeared in the “Galentine’s Day” episode of the animated spin-off series.

In the scene, Minnie sings to her pet cats, referring to them as her “furry Valentines” over a pop-style instrumental. Disney Jr. shared the clip on its TikTok account as a “Galentine’s Day” themed track.

The song began spreading across TikTok in February as users started using the audio in their own videos. One video posted by TikTok user @sistagrimm described the track as “fire” and said “Minnie Mouse is eating on this track.”

Another user, @thejaredalexander, shared footage from a Disney on Ice performance while using the same audio and wrote that they were “star stuck” when Minnie appeared.

Other users created additional edits and remixes, including a Jersey club version of the song. According to Disney, the audio has generated more than 53 million views and over 11 million engagements across official posts and user-generated content.

As the track continued to circulate online, some listeners said the vocal style and production reminded them of PinkPantheress. The comparison prompted TikTok users to tag the artist in posts featuring the audio.

PinkPantheress later responded by posting her own TikTok using the viral sound. In the clip, she dances along to the track with the onscreen text reading, “this hit?? oh minnie when i catch you….” The post has received more than 6.2 million views and nearly 3,000 comments.

The Disney Jr. TikTok account replied in the comments, writing, “Minnie x [PinkPantheress] collab we beg.”

It remains unconfirmed whether the exchange will lead to a collaboration.
